President Erdoğan delivered a speech at the "Malazgirt 1071 Commemoration Program"

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended and delivered a speech at the 955th Anniversary Commemoration of the Victory of Manzikert, the Conquest of Anatolia at the Battle of Manzikert Historical National Park.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that “We have been striving to live with our honor and dignity for a millennium in the world’s most strategic yet challenging region. In this geography, we have no choice but to stand strong, united and together. We must be strong not only to protect our own rights but also for the millions of our sisters and brothers who turned their faces toward our country.”
